# Who is Supadir for?

> Real-world examples of directories you can build — from professional services to local trades to niche communities.

Supadir is a blank canvas. The platform doesn't care whether you're listing physiotherapists, electricians, podcasters, or wedding photographers — the structure adapts to your niche through custom entity types, fields, and specializations.

This section shows what a well-built directory looks like across different industries, and what it takes to make one work.

## What makes a viable niche?

A directory works when there's a real search need — people who actively look for someone to hire, and professionals who want to be found. The strongest niches have three things:

1. **A defined profession or service** — not "everyone" but "physiotherapists" or "family lawyers"
2. **A geographic or topical boundary** — a city, a country, a specialty area
3. **A willingness to pay** — professionals who already spend money on visibility (Google Ads, business listings, associations)

The narrower and more specific your niche, the faster you'll dominate search results and the more valuable each listing becomes.
