You can add listings directly from the admin panel — useful when building up your initial catalog, importing from an existing list, or adding an entry for someone who isn’t tech-savvy.

Adding a listing

Go to Dashboard → Listings and click Add listing. Fill in the form:
FieldNotes
Name / TitleThe listing’s display name (e.g. “Anna Kowalska” or “PhysioPlus Warsaw”)
Entity typeAssign to the correct type if you have multiple
SpecializationsOptional — choose from your configured specializations
BioShort description of this person or business
Email (public)Contact email shown on the profile
PhoneOptional contact phone
WebsiteURL to the listing’s external website
LocationAddress used for the map pin and search
Social mediaLinks to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Custom fieldsAny additional fields you configured for this entity type
StatusSet to active to make it immediately visible, or draft to hide it

Sending login credentials by email

At the bottom of the form, there’s an option: Send login credentials to this email address. When checked, Supadir will:
  1. Create a listing owner account linked to this listing
  2. Send an email to the listing’s contact address with a temporary password and a link to the owner panel
This is the easiest way to hand off a pre-created listing to its owner. They’ll be able to log in and fill in or correct their own details.
You don’t have to send credentials immediately. You can add the listing now as a draft and invite the owner later using the invitation system once everything looks good.

Listing status

StatusVisibility
ActiveVisible in the public catalog
DraftHidden from visitors, visible only in admin panel
BlockedHidden from visitors; owner receives a notification
A listing in draft status is useful when you’re still filling in data or waiting for the owner to verify their information before going live.
When creating or editing a listing, you can toggle Featured to mark it as highlighted. Featured listings appear in the “Featured” section on your catalog homepage and are visually distinguished in search results.
Featured listings are a great upsell opportunity — you can offer featured placement as a paid add-on. See Grow your revenue for ideas.
