Step 1 — Open the invitation email
Find the email from the catalog (check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox). It contains a button or link labeled something like “Complete your registration” or “Accept invitation”.Step 2 — Fill in the registration form
Click the link. You’ll land on the catalog’s registration page with your email already filled in (and locked — it must match the invitation). Fill in:- Your name or business name
- Password — choose something secure (at least 8 characters, ideally a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols)
- Entity type — if the catalog has multiple types (e.g. “Physiotherapist” vs “Clinic”), select the one that applies to you
Step 3 — You’re in
After registering, you’re automatically logged in and redirected to your listing owner panel. You’ll see your profile — likely empty or partially pre-filled if the admin added some data for you already.What to do next
Your profile is in draft status by default — it won’t appear in the public catalog until you complete it and the admin activates it (or it activates automatically, depending on the catalog’s settings).Complete your profile
Fill in your bio, contact details, location, and specializations.
Upload your photo
Add a professional photo to your listing.
Logging in in the future
Your login page is at[catalog-address]/login — for example warsaw-physio.supadir.com/login. Use the email and password you set during registration.
If you forget your password, click Forgot password on the login page and follow the email instructions.
