Reviews are available when the catalog admin has enabled them, and only on paid plans in catalogs where the admin has set that requirement. If you don’t see a Reviews section in your panel, reviews aren’t active for your catalog.
Where to see your reviews
Go to My Panel → Reviews. You’ll see a list of all reviews on your profile, including:- Star rating (1–5)
- Written comment (if provided)
- Date
- Your reply (if you’ve added one)
Replying to a review
Click Reply next to any review to write a response. Your reply will appear publicly on your profile below the review. You can also edit or delete your own reply at any time. Why reply to reviews: Replies show future visitors that you’re engaged and professional. They’re especially valuable for mixed reviews — a thoughtful, non-defensive response to a 3-star review often does more for your reputation than the review itself.Tips for responding to critical reviews
- Don’t be defensive — visitors read both the review and your reply. A defensive response makes you look difficult to work with.
- Acknowledge the experience — “I’m sorry to hear this wasn’t the experience you were hoping for” is always a good start.
- Take it offline if needed — “Please feel free to contact me directly at [email] and I’d be happy to discuss this further.”
- Be brief — one short paragraph is usually enough.
