All listings are managed from Dashboard → Listings. The table shows every listing with its status, type, and whether it’s featured.

Editing a listing

Click on any listing’s name or the Edit button to open the full edit form. You can change any field: profile data, specializations, custom fields, social media, location, and status. As admin, you have full edit access to every listing — regardless of whether the owner has an account.
If you edit a listing that was previously blocked by you, the block is automatically lifted and the listing returns to active status.

Blocking a listing

To block a listing, open it and set its status to Blocked, or use the block action in the listing table. The owner receives an email explaining that their listing has been removed from the catalog. Use this for:
  • Listings with inaccurate or misleading information
  • Owners who haven’t verified their details
  • Policy violations

Unblocking a listing

Set the status back to Active at any time. The owner receives an email confirming their listing is visible again.

Featuring a listing

Toggle the Featured switch on any listing to highlight it on the catalog homepage and in search results. Featured listings appear in the “Featured” section on the homepage. This is visible to all visitors.
Limit featured listings to 5–10 for best visual impact on the homepage. Too many dilutes the “featured” distinction.

Filtering and searching listings

The listing table has filters for:
  • Status (active, draft, blocked)
  • Entity type
  • Featured (yes/no)
  • Text search by name
Use these to quickly find a specific listing or audit a segment of your catalog.

Bulk actions

Currently, actions (block, feature, delete) are applied one listing at a time from the edit form or the row actions in the table.

Deleting a listing

Deleting a listing permanently removes it and all associated data (custom field values, photos, social links). This action cannot be undone.
If the listing owner has an active paid subscription, cancel or wait for it to end before deleting the listing. Deleting a listing doesn’t automatically cancel Stripe billing.
