Your profile is the page visitors see when they find you in the catalog. A complete, well-written profile gets more views and more contact requests than an empty one. This guide covers every section.

Where to edit

Log in to your panel and go to My Profile → Edit profile. All changes are saved immediately when you click Save.

Essential fields

These are the most important fields — complete them first.

Title / Name

Your display name as it appears in search results and on your profile page. Use your full professional name or your business name. Avoid abbreviations that visitors won’t recognize.

Bio

Your professional description. This is what most visitors read first. Keep it focused: who you are, what you do, and who you help. See Writing a bio that converts for detailed guidance.

Specializations

Select all specializations that genuinely apply to you. These are used as search filters — being listed under the right specializations is how visitors find you when filtering by their need. See Choosing specializations for tips.

Contact details

FieldNotes
Public emailThe email shown on your profile. Can be different from your login email.
PhoneVisible to visitors. Optional but increases contact rate.
WebsiteYour own site, booking page, or LinkedIn.
The more contact options you provide, the more visitors will get in touch. Some people prefer calling, others prefer email — give them both.

Location

Enter your business address or the area you serve. This determines where you appear on the map and in location-based searches. If you serve multiple locations or work remotely, enter your primary base and mention additional areas in your bio.

Social media

Add links to your professional social profiles — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others are supported. Social links build trust. A visitor who can verify you have an active LinkedIn or Instagram is more likely to reach out.

Custom fields

The catalog admin may have added fields specific to this catalog — for example “Years of experience”, “Accepts insurance”, or a booking URL. Fill these in as completely as possible. Custom fields marked with *** (asterisk) are required — your profile can’t be activated without them.

Saving and visibility

Your profile is saved each time you click Save. If your profile is in draft status, your changes are saved but not yet visible to the public. Contact the catalog admin if your profile isn’t going live after completing all required fields.
Once your profile is active, any edits you save are visible immediately.
