All invoices for your listing subscription are stored automatically and available from your owner panel at any time.
Where to find your invoices
Go to My Panel → Billing. The Invoice History section shows your paid invoices in reverse chronological order.
Each row shows:
- Date — when the invoice was issued
- Amount — the amount charged (in your catalog’s currency)
- Description — the plan name and billing period
- Invoice — a link to download or view the PDF
Downloading a PDF invoice
Click the Invoice link in any row to open the Stripe-hosted invoice PDF in a new tab. You can download it from there for your records or accounting.
Invoices are generated and hosted by Stripe. The PDF includes the catalog operator’s business name and your payment details. If you need a specific format for accounting purposes (e.g. with your company name and VAT number), check whether the operator has configured their Stripe account accordingly — or contact the catalog admin.
States you might see instead of invoices
“No paid invoices yet.”
You have a Stripe subscription but haven’t been charged yet — for example, you’re in a free trial or just subscribed and the first billing date hasn’t arrived.
“Billing not activated yet.”
Your listing is on a free plan or your subscription hasn’t been set up through Stripe. No invoices will appear until you subscribe to a paid plan.
I need an invoice from my email instead
Stripe also sends a payment receipt email to your registered email address every time a successful payment is made. If you need a past receipt and can’t find it in the panel, check your inbox for emails from Stripe or from the catalog’s payment processor.
My invoice shows wrong billing details
The billing details on the invoice (your name, company, VAT number) come from the information you provided when subscribing. To update them for future invoices, go to My Panel → Billing → Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can edit your billing details.
Past invoices cannot be retroactively changed. If you need a corrected invoice for a past payment, contact the catalog administrator.
