Reviews are available on the Professional plan and above. On Starter, the reviews section is hidden from the public catalog.
How reviews work
- A visitor opens a listing profile and scrolls to the reviews section
- They submit a star rating (1–5) and an optional written comment — no account required
- The review is auto-approved and appears immediately on the profile
- The listing owner receives an email notification
- The listing owner can reply to the review from their panel
Your role as admin
You can see all reviews in Dashboard → Reviews. From here you can:- Filter by status — all reviews, or reviews on a specific listing
- Delete a review — permanently remove it with confirmation
Enabling or disabling reviews
You control whether reviews are visible in your catalog from Dashboard → Settings → Listings → Enable reviews. When reviews are disabled:- The reviews section disappears from all public listing profiles
- Existing reviews are preserved in the database (they’ll reappear if you re-enable)
- Listing owners can no longer receive new reviews or reply
Reviews and star ratings in search results
When a listing has enough reviews, a star rating badge appears on its card in the listing view. This helps listings with strong feedback stand out visually in search results — giving owners a real incentive to collect reviews.What listing owners can do
Listing owners manage their reviews from their panel under Reviews:- See all their reviews with ratings and comments
- Write a reply to any review (or edit/delete their reply)
