Your listing can be in one of several statuses. The status determines whether it’s visible to the public and what you can do with it.

Draft

Your listing starts as a draft when you first register. It means your profile exists in the system but isn’t yet visible in the public catalog. Why it might stay in draft:
  • You haven’t filled in all the required fields yet
  • The catalog admin is reviewing new listings before approving them
  • A required custom field is empty
What to do: Complete all fields in your profile (especially any marked as required with *). If everything looks complete and you’re still in draft, contact the catalog administrator to activate your listing.

Active

Active is the normal, live state. Your profile is visible in search results, accessible via direct link, and can receive contact messages and reviews. There’s nothing you need to do to maintain active status — as long as your profile remains complete and compliant with the catalog’s rules, it stays active.

Blocked

A blocked listing has been hidden by the catalog administrator. You’ll receive an email notification when this happens, and the reason is usually included. Common reasons for blocking:
  • Inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Content that doesn’t comply with the catalog’s rules
  • Waiting for verification of credentials
What to do: Read the email from the admin to understand the reason. Make the requested changes in your profile. Once you save changes, the admin will review and reactivate your listing — or the system may reactivate it automatically after your edit (depending on the catalog’s settings). If you’re not sure why your listing was blocked or you’ve fixed the issue, contact the catalog administrator directly.
Blocked listings are not visible to anyone searching the catalog. If you have a paid subscription, it remains active during the block — your billing continues. Contact the admin as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

Why your listing might not appear in search even when active

If your listing is active but you can’t find it in the public catalog, check:
  1. Search terms — try searching your exact name or business name
  2. Filters — if a filter is applied (specialization, location), you might not match it
  3. Pagination — you may be on page 2 or later in search results
  4. Cache — try in a private/incognito browser window
If you still can’t find it, contact the catalog admin.
