Draft
Your listing starts as a draft when you first register. It means your profile exists in the system but isn’t yet visible in the public catalog. Why it might stay in draft:- You haven’t filled in all the required fields yet
- The catalog admin is reviewing new listings before approving them
- A required custom field is empty
Active
Active is the normal, live state. Your profile is visible in search results, accessible via direct link, and can receive contact messages and reviews. There’s nothing you need to do to maintain active status — as long as your profile remains complete and compliant with the catalog’s rules, it stays active.Blocked
A blocked listing has been hidden by the catalog administrator. You’ll receive an email notification when this happens, and the reason is usually included. Common reasons for blocking:- Inaccurate or incomplete information
- Content that doesn’t comply with the catalog’s rules
- Waiting for verification of credentials
Why your listing might not appear in search even when active
If your listing is active but you can’t find it in the public catalog, check:- Search terms — try searching your exact name or business name
- Filters — if a filter is applied (specialization, location), you might not match it
- Pagination — you may be on page 2 or later in search results
- Cache — try in a private/incognito browser window
